PokerListings.com and Full Tilt Poker s exclusive $180k World Series of Poker* freeroll series has rewarded two more players with $12,500 prize packages for the 2008 Main Event in recent freerolls. Another $125,000 in all-inclusive packages is still available, with eight more limited-field freerolls scheduled before June 22.

One of the excited freeroll winners: 35-year-old father of two and head golf pro from Morinville, Alberta, Canada, Jeff Cuthbertson, who had this to say about his win, It is like a dream come true. I have always watched the coverage online and on TV. I have always said that someday I will play in the Main Event but never expected it to happen like this. I m getting to play for free. It can t get any better than that!
Another happy winner on his way to Vegas for the biggest poker event in the world: 38-year-old Matt Krambeer, a social studies teacher and football/basketball coach from Wadena (pop. 200), Iowa. The (freeroll) field (135) was much smaller than I anticipated, Krambeer says. But hey, I m not complaining. This was the biggest poker win for me in terms of cash value. It is obviously a dream of every poker player. It will be a challenge, but I look forward to it.
By the time the exclusive PokerListings series ends June 22, eight more PokerListings players (signed up at Full Tilt through a PokerListings.com link) will also be preparing to join them in Vegas.
Freerolls run April 20, May 4, May 18, May 25, June 1 and June 8, with the winner of each taking $12,500 packages of their own for the 2008 WSOP* Main Event. Two Last Chance freerolls, set for June 15 and June 22, will have two packages up for grabs in each.
Just 300 Full Tilt Poker points are needed for entry to each event; qualifying periods are two weeks, ending four days before the freeroll.

Both Krambeer and Cuthbertson feel the same about the life-changing possibilities. Says Cuthbertson, That kind of money would allow me to take a chance on playing tour golf for a living. It would be fun to know that all the bills are paid while trying to work my way up to one of the big tours. The doors that this would open in the poker world would be fun to explore as well. I think almost everyone who takes the game serious wonders what it would be like to be a professional poker player.
Adds Krambeer, It hasn t even sunk in that I have qualified. I really don t know what I would do (if I won). Everyone says they would quit their jobs, but I really like teaching/coaching so I don t know what I would do. Hopefully that is a dilemma I have to deal with this summer. But there are a lot of places on the 100 places to go before I die list I could get crossed off with that type of prize money...
